Matt and his family moved to Nolensville in July, 2010 to partner with a small group of visionaries and plant Southpointe Community Church.  He previously served on the staff of Perimeter Church in Atlanta as a preaching pastor and lead their ministry to singles and families in the 22-40 age range.  Before that he was on the staff of First Presbyterian Church in Augusta, Ga. as the pastor to Single Adults.Matt and his wife Chrissy have three daughters: Madeline, Mary-Alex, and Anabelle.  When Matt isn’t pastoring he enjoys working out, reading about 20th century military history, shooting guns, and driving cars.

Monte has a passionate enthusiasm for Jesus and his message and method for transformation. He has a Doctorate in Discipleship from Talbot School of Theology, along with M.Div. and M.T.S. degrees from Beeson Divinity School. Monte has been discipling men for 30 years and has seen men multiply and make more disciples and disciple makers in six continents. His doctoral dissertation was on fathers discipling their sons to become godly men. He has written a curriculum to assist fathers in discipling their sons’ hearts and lives. He was a missionary in Japan, and has also been a pastor at churches in Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, and Gainesville, GA.

Monte and his wife Amy recently moved to Nolensville. They have four children: Luke is a recent graduate from UGA and is an insurance broker, Charity is a senior at UGA, Philip is in the U.S. Army, and Anna Grace is a Junior in high school. Monte loves to read books, exercise, cheer on the Atlanta Braves, watch movies, and spend time with his wife and children.

Katie and her husband Jay have lived in Nolensville since 2012.   They have three awesome kids, Olivia, Robert, and Thomas. Finding a place like Southpointe Community Church has been a tremendous blessing in their lives. Katie is a native to Brentwood, Tennessee and received her BS in Psychology from Samford University and her MA in Higher Education from Boston College. God stirred in Katie’s heart a desire to be intentional about teaching and training the next generation to know and love Jesus Christ. Katie loves seeing children engage with the Bible and begin to learn Biblical truth. Katie feels truly honored to serve her church family as the Director of SPKids
Grayson Baird

Grayson grew up in Macon, Ga. She graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with B.A. in Journalism & PR in 2010. Grayson’s dream job has always been youth ministry and is extremely grateful to be doing what she loves. When she’s not spending time with students and the community of SPCC, she enjoys spending a lot of her time with Posey, the best dachshund in the world, drinking coffee, watching The Amazing Race, kickboxing and listening to sweet 90’s jams. Grayson is excited to join the staff of Southpointe and participate in the Lord’s movement here in Nolensville!

Brian and his wife Kelli moved to middle TN in 1996. After serving as worship leader for 18 years at his previous church, Brian, Kelli, and son Cianan made the move to Southpointe Community Church in June of 2016. “The three of us were quickly welcomed into serving and becoming invested in the Kingdom work that Southpointe values.”Along with serving Southpointe Community Church, Brian is an assistant Scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout troop, is an 11th grade English teacher at Stewarts Creek High School, and is Cianan’s Uber driver for his son’s many and varied musical pursuits. In his downtime, Brian loves to read fantasy fiction and history books, play guitar in a country band, fish, hike, and hunt.

Jeff and his family have been attending Southpointe since 2015. He has worked in digital marketing and production for over 10 years.He has held roles in digital strategy, marketing, brand development and product management. He has an enthusiasm for making ideas happen and solving complex problems. He has worked with some of the best brands on the planet including Google, Nike, Volkswagen, Doritos and HBO.Jeff’s background is rooted in design and approaches every task with a creative lens. He lives in Nashville, TN with his family – wife, two children and dog. If he’s not at his laptop, he’s likely out enjoying a hike.
Caroline Ritter

Caroline, her husband, Kevin and their two boys, Miles and Luke, moved to TN in 2013. They live on a quiet, gravel road with dogs June and Scout. While searching for a local church they discovered Southpointe and knew their search was over. They have been members since 2014 and are so thankful to be a part of this close knit community.Caroline grew up in Florida and moved to Philadelphia to study fashion design at Moore College. She has operated a number of small businesses and most recently ran her own vintage and handmade market, The Sunday Market in Franklin.

Hadley is married with two children.  She is originally from Kentucky (Go Big Blue!), but has lived in Tennessee for 17 years and a proud resident of Nolensville since 2013.Hadley has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology.  Prior to having children, Hadley worked ten years as a healthcare social worker.  She also enjoyed working as a preschool teacher and assistant director at a Christian preschool in Franklin, TN prior to joining the SPKids Parent’s Day Out team.Hadley is an active member of Franklin Christian Church and serves in the children’s ministry area.  She enjoys reading, eating out, traveling and watching movies.“Always be joyful.  Never stop praying.  Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Jesus Christ.”  1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
